The Space Heroes mascot, a caped astronaut holding a wrench

Your launch window

Call, text, or book online. A named CAPCOM answers, and the two-hour window you’re given is the window we keep. If anything moves, you hear from us before it closes, not after.

Meet your hero

Before the knock, a Hero Card lands in your texts: photo, name, years of saves, and a T-minus heads-up before arrival. Everyone on the crew is background-checked and uniformed.

Every card is public on the fleet page.

Day saved

The price goes in writing before work begins. The job is done when the system works, the invoice matches the quote, and the house is cleaner than we found it. And if we don’t fix it the first time, the return visit is free.

The Launch Offer, in two chapters

Our first season in the Valley, we did 37 tune-ups for free, and another 43 went out for ten dollars, because nobody knew us yet and the routine had to prove itself in real houses. It did; the 101 Moonwalkers below are the receipt. The next 1,000 Pre-Flight Checks are $49: same 21 points, findings in writing, photos of your own coil and filter, yours to keep. Why so low? Because we want to make a Moonwalker out of every single one, and earn the chance to save your day when it counts.

The Pre-Flight Check. 21 points, findings in writing, and photos of your own coil and filter.

The visit

Space Camp, in your hallway

Most companies fix your system somewhere you can’t see and hand you a line item. We run the visit like a tour. You hold the worn part and see why it failed. You feel the airflow at the vents. You watch the readings change live while the system comes back. On Pre-Flight Checks, we photograph your coil and filter before and after, and the photos and the written field report are yours to keep.

For anything bigger than a simple fix, mission control checks the work: a quality control supervisor reviews the diagnosis and the plan before it ever reaches you. When the math gets close enough that a newer, more efficient system is genuinely worth weighing, you see both options side by side with the numbers. Then the decision is yours, with no clock on it. Nobody in your house is paid to close you.

We published the whole visit, all ten steps, including the exact membership pitch and how we ask for the review.

Brandon and Stephanie Bamba in uniform on deployment, and at home with their daughter

The creed underneath the cape

Show up prepared. Do the job right. Leave the place better than you found it.

Brandon and Stephanie Bamba lived that creed in uniform before they ever put it on a truck. They’re not from here; they chose here. Now the Mission Commanders are homeowners and parents raising their daughter in the Valley they serve, which means the crew at your door is the one they’d send to their own house.

Meet Brandon and Stephanie
AC service built for Alabama summers. Fast dispatch when the system dies in July, straight answers when it’s on its last legs.

The money, before we roll

The honest math

We’re not the cheapest bid you’ll get, and we won’t pretend to be. Here’s the money before we roll:

A $59 dispatch fee, quoted when you book, applied to the work.

Every quote is flat rate: one written price for the whole fix, agreed before work starts, and it doesn’t grow if the job runs longer than we planned. The clock is our problem, not yours.

The fleet

You’ll know the ship when you see it

Every ship in the fleet has a name painted on the side, and Valley kids learn to spot them like tail numbers. Any kid on site gets deputized as a Junior Space Hero: cape, certificate, sticker badge, one official mission assignment.

The bits are for the kids. The work underneath is boring and perfect, which is exactly how heating and air should be.

The Moonwalk Club

You don’t buy a membership. You become a Moonwalker.

  • Two Pre-Flight Checks a year, spring and fall.
  • Half off future dispatch fees.
  • Priority scheduling the week everyone’s system dies at once.

First year is $89, normally $130, and if you join on a visit, the $59 dispatch fee you already owe counts toward it, so becoming a Moonwalker costs $30.
